No matter what time of day or night, Urban Trapping Wildlife Control will be there for you! If you have a raccoon that chews its way through your ceiling, a skunk that gets into your house through your subarea heating vents, or a possum ends up stuck in your garage, there’s no reason to worry. Our 24 hour service allows us to provide help when it’s needed most!
One of the main services we offer is the live trapping and removal of nuisance wildlife. This allows us to check on the animal so we can make sure that it’s not sick or injured. It also allows us to safely work on the property and provide other services such as exclusions and odor neutralizing treatments.
All wildlife live trapping is done in the most humane way, designed to have the least negative impact and experience for the animal.
Some of the wildlife we work with regularly are feral pigs, raccoons, opossums, skunks, seagulls, and even rattlesnakes.
Wildlife exclusion is another popular service that involves us coming out and wildlife proofing your structure. This service would include repairing and replacing subarea and attic vents (most common wildlife entrances), sealing up roof returns, repairing or replacing subarea doors, and much more.
This service is designed to close up and seal all possible entrances and exits for wildlife.
When nuisance animals decide to make your home their home, they also are making it their restroom. With that comes all sorts of foul odors that can be smelt throughout the household. No need to worry, Urban Trapping can resolve the problem!
Each sanitizing and odor neutralizing treatments are designed specifically for each property. It will involve the cleansing or removal of contaminated items such as insulation, stored personal items and belongings, and of course animal nesting materials and feces.
Occasionally you’ll have an animal thats injured, sick, or just old in age decide to make your property or structure their final resting place. With that brings foul odor, unsightly views, diseases/health issues, and secondary pests like additional wildlife or insects.
We’ve got the proper safety gear to safely remove and dispose any type of deceased wildlife. After the removal of the animal we will clean and sanitize the area where the deceased animal once was.
Some common places deceased wildlife end up will be areas like in the attic, subarea, underneath deck/shed, swimming pool, clutter, and large thickets of vegetation.
Sometimes it’s better to be proactive instead of reactive. Every deterrent service is custom designed specifically for each property and wildlife issue it’s experiencing.
Some common issues you can prevent are deer or rabbits eating your garden, raccoons climbing your trees on to your roof, skunks digging under your fence, opossums crawling through your yard brining fleas, multiple animals using your childrens play/sandbox as a bathroom; we have a way to handle and resolve each of those situation. Like we said, sometimes its better to be proactive.
One type of service we’ve become very fond of is installing housing units for wildlife such as squirrels, bats, and birds. When it comes to birds we primarily provide housing units for owls called owl boxes. These units not only provide a place for wildlife to live but also give you a natural form of pest control.
Owls are a great source of rodent control and bats are great at controlling flying insects such as the deadly mosquito.
This service is highly beneficial to the Local wildlife as well as our customes.
Wildlife like raccoons, skunks, and opossums are attracted to areas with thick or overgrown vegetation. Overhanging trees create a natural bridge from the ground to your homes roof. Vines growing up the side of your house create a natural ladder to the attic vents. Thick shrubs and bushes create a safe spot for wildlife to hide in as well cover any possible entry spots such as damaged subarea vents.
At Urban Trapping we‘re able to quickly spot and identify any issues with your vegetation. Once problem areas have been noted we will go ahead and correct issues to prevent and deter wildlife activity in your home.
Just like overgrown vegetation large amounts of items or clutter can and will attract unwanted guest. Most wildlife are opportunists which means they won’t pass up a free place to stay, even if it is a bunch of junk.
We will remove junk/items/clutter from attic, subarea/basement, garage, shed, yard, or other storage areas. Most of the time, items that wildlife are nesting in will be damaged or destroyed due to urine and feces as well as being torn or chewed on.
